Please allow time to transition from one room to the other or you will miss the beginning of the session!

Speakers:

Please ensure your presentation is uploaded in the Speaker Preparation Room at least one hour prior to the start of your session. If you have sent your slides ahead of time, please bring a copy with you and CHECK them in the Speaker Preparation Room.
Kindly arrive to your designated room ten minutes prior to the beginning of your session so you may familiarise yourself with the AV and meet the technician who will assist you.
