CONFERENCE CANCELLATION BY YOU & REFUND POLICY

The organisers understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the The Event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge provided it is done prior to the 19th of July 2024. 

In the event of cancellation of an attendee:

• We can substitute to another person at no extra cost provided it is done prior to 19th July 2024.
• Cancellation without substitution up to 19th July 2024 will incur a $30 administration fee.  
• Cancellation from 20th July 2024 there will be no refund.

If you are unable to attend and cannot provide a substitute, there shall be no refund.  We have already paid for the venue, catering etc.

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
