Welcome to the QuarryNZ Exhibition Booking System - Please read the instructions on this page carefully before proceeding

Booking
All exhibition stands are booked on a first come, first served basis, through this booking system. Please note this a real time system so the website will show all available stands at any one time.  We recommend booking early to guarantee your preferred stand. 

Registration
After selecting your exhibition stand, you will be asked to register your two complimentary exhibitor registrations. You will also be prompted as to whether you wish to buy tickets to the Wednesday Terra Cat Welcome Dinner or the Friday TDX Ltd Awards dinner during the process.

You are welcome to purchase additional exhibitor passes.

The Exhibit floor plan is below and consists of indoor exhibit spaces.   Indoor exhibit booths and Large Machinery spaces are booked via the booking system below. Entry and exit for delegates to the exhibit space are through the two access doors at the top of the layout plan (between booths 17 & 32 and 90 & 89).

Please note: The layout plans may change slightly depending on the final number of exhibitors. Any changes will be discussed with you if your chosen stand is affected.

 

Exhibitor Booths

Standard Booth 3m x 1.8m

$4,197.50 per booth

The standard exhibition booths are 3m wide and 1.8m deep.

Included in the stands are;

  • Walls: 2.3m high black, velcro receptive walls
  • Signage: Company sign - internal facing ID Fins with company name and stand number (max 20 characters)
  • Lighting: 2 x 150 watt directional spotlight
  • Power: 1 x 4 amp outlet
  • Name tags for two (2) representatives (entry into trade exhibition area only)
  • Daily catering for two (2) representatives (when delegates are onsite)
  • Company name listed on the conference website with a link to your company website
  • Company listing in the Conference App including a 70 word profile

1 Stand - $3,650 plus GST

Load Information for Exhibition (Exhibit hall A & B)
Roller/load in doors are 4.5m x 5m high. Any items over 1 tonne in weight or 5m in height require approval from the venue prior to pack in. A single layer of plywood is to be laid under any stationary load on the floor. When considering the overall weight of your equipment please also add into account the weight of the equipment putting the item into place. Mobile hoist / fork hoists are to have a layer of plywood laid under their wheel routes.

Please note that you will need to supply your own plywood.

Any heavy equipment that is part of your Exhibition, must be checked and approved by Claudelands.

Large Machinery Space

$2,530.00 per booth

None available

Large machinery spaces are 5m wide and 10m long.

Included in the stands are;

Lighting: 2 x uplights

Name tags for two (2) representatives (entry into trade exhibition area on

ly)

Daily catering for two (2) representatives (when delegates are onsite)

Company name listed on the conference website with a link to your company website

Company listing in the Conference App including a 70 word profile

1 Space - $2,200 plus GST

Load Information for Exhibition (Exhibit hall A & B)

Outside Exhibition Plaza Space

$2,530.00 per booth

Outside Exhibition Plaza spaces are 10m wide and 10m long

Included in the stands are;

10m wide x 10m deep approx.

Security outside - A guard will be in place overnight from 5:00pm to 7:00am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights

Traffic management person on site

Name tags for two (2) representatives (entry into trade exhibition area only)

Daily catering for two (2) representatives (when delegates are onsite)

Company name listed on the conference website with a link to your company website

Company listing in the Conference App including a 70 word profile

1 Space - $2,200 plus GST

Please note: area is not suitable for tracked machines, these would be required to use a rubber mat or boards to move into position. Please note that you will need to supply your own mat or plywood.
