REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Congress attendance is in-person only. The sessions will not be recorded.
All registration fees are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Accommodation rooms have been reserved for registrants at special group rates, and can be booked with your registration.
Please review below registration types before proceeding with your registration.
When you register, you will receive a confirmation via email including a tax invoice/receipt. Please also check your junk mail folder.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 24hrs please email the organisers.
Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:
Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)
All credit card payments incur 3% processing fee. There are no processing fees for payments by EFT/Direct Deposit.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to the organisers.
Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before Monday 24th February 2025 - full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST.
Cancellation on and after Tuesday 25th February 2025 - no refund.

Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Congress.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Meeting provided the Organisers are advised in writing.

ANN MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
The ANN Member rates apply to delegates who are current financial Members for entire membership period, including the 2024 and 2025 calendar years.
You can pay the 2025 calendar year subscription with your registration.
Subscriptions in arrears will need to be paid first before you can register at member rates.
You may also join the ANN at the time of registration to obtain the member rate.

Networking drinks and canapes will be held at the Aqua Bar & Lounge, at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Hotel, Twin Waters.
Cost: included in full congress registrations
Congress Dinner
Wednesday, 26th March 2025, 7.00-9.30pm
Cost: $130pp for Congress attendees and guests
The Congress dinner will be a BBQ on the Lorikeet Beach, at the Novotel Sunshine Coast Hotel, Twin Waters.
Dress code: casual and informal
