INVITATION TO SPONSOR

I am writing to invite you to sponsor The Australasian Neuromuscular Network Annual (ANN) Congress scheduled for 26th – 28th March 2025 to be held at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre. A networking mixer will be held on the evening of the 25th March.

Members of the ANN meet annually at the Australasian Neuromuscular Network Annual Congress to share their research, keep up to date with current scientific progress and discuss future collaboration potentials in a formal way, within a congress.

The 2025 Congress will attract clinicians, allied health, researchers and patient organisations, with in excess of 120 expected to be in attendance.

The 2025 Congress theme is: Enhancing Care: Prioritising patients in neuromuscular management and research.

We are excited to announce our guest speaker for this year’s Congress is Professor Nicol Voermans from Radboud, The Netherlands. Professor Voermans’s research at the Radboud University Medical Centre (The Netherlands) focuses on genotype-phenotype coupling and trial-readiness of rare inherited myopathies. As a clinical neurologist trained in neuromyology and experienced in translational research, she is well prepared to bridge the gap between the neuromuscular bench and bedside. Her passion for supporting patients with rare genetic disorders and her enthusiasm for interdisciplinary work are what drove her to this research field.

The organising committee would like to provide the opportunity for tiered sponsorship of this meeting and will provide the opportunity for one Platinum sponsor, Gold sponsors, Silver sponsors as well as the availability of bronze sponsorship. Details of the sponsorship tiers are included here. Sponsorship will contribute to paying for the running costs of the Congress.
