Please make sure you have followed the instructions on the website before you submit your abstract. 

• Please enter details for the presenting author.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEND TIME TO ENTER THE DETAILS OF ANY OTHER AUTHORS IF THEY ARE ALREADY INCLUDED ON THE ABSTRACT (even though there is a field for this, we can't remove this field).

• You can select up to 3 topics for your presentation session.  We will try to allocate your first topic choice, but this might not always be possible.
  Topics classify your work generally into major themes. These are intentionally broad. Please only use the other topic if your work very clearly does not fit into the listed topics.

• If you have any problems submitting your abstract please email the abstract to Rania who will upload it.  info [AT] meeting-makers.com.
