Cancellation and refund policy

The cancellation and refund policy applies to all registrations for the Epworth HealthCare Cardiac Sciences Clinical Institute Symposium.

Cancellations received by the Clinical Institutes Team no less than two business days prior to the event will be eligible for refund of the pre-paid registration fees less $10 per person cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than two business days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at an event.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to mikayla.jones@epworth.org.au
