Cancellation Policy

To ensure all attendees receive quality professional learning, Te Whai Toi Tangata: Institute of Professional Learning reserves the right to amend, reallocate, or cancel session dates in response to enrolment numbers.

Withdrawal from a workshop series prior to commencement:
Registration withdrawal requests must be made in writing to professionallearning@waikato.ac.nz.

A minimum of 10 business days prior to the workshop or first workshop in a series is required for a full refund or waiver of payment.
Cancellation requests with less than 10 business days notice or in the event of a no show will incur invoicing of the full workshop fee.

Withdrawal from a workshop series once commenced:
You will be charged in full for the sessions you have attended, irrespective of early bird discounts. The balance on your registration fee will be refunded less a 10% cancellation levy.
