EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS:

Registrations need to be paid prior to the start of the event for tickets to be valid.

If an attendee is paying via invoice, payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice issue date. 

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS:

This policy relates to all PTAANZ paid events.

 

Cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 14 days prior to the event start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date. 

 

Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch. Registrations may be transferred, but this must be arranged via the Event Manager at least 7 days prior to the event, otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation and an additional registration fee will be payable. 

 

Where registration is transferred, PTAANZ will not refund any monies – all negotiations and transactions must be done between the relevant parties and PTAANZ notified via email of the change. 

 

All registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to the events team.
