CANCELLATION

• A person or organisation may only cancel their registration by written notification to  nicola.daly@waikato.ac.nz or julie.barbour@waikato.ac.nz  at The University of Waikato.
• The organiser reserves the right to charge an administration fee between 50% to 100% to any cancellations; this is determined by the notice period specified below.
• Where the cancellation is received 30 days or one calendar month before the event, a full refund will be provided. Where the cancellation is 14-30 days’ notice before the event, a 50% refund is applicable.
• In the case of a cancellation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event, the person/organisation shall pay the full registration fee. No refunds are given.
• There are no refunds for a non-show to the event.
