Conference dinner
Please join us in Friday 29 November at 6.00pm for our conference dinner. This will be held on campus at the beautiful Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts.
If you wish to attend the dinner, this will be an additional cost which can be booked via the registration page.
We will be serving a delicious vegetarian meal, accompanied by a selection of New Zealand wines and beverages available for purchase.

- display of award winning Aotearoa New Zealand children's literature

Option 1: Hamilton Gardens
NOTE: only one excursion option can be selected as the two excursions occur at the same time.
Saturday 1 December
Meet at Gate 4, Hillcrest Road at 14.00 to travel together.
This trip will make use of the public bus from the university to take a 10 minute ride to the local Hamilton Gardens for a group guided tour
Cost: $40.00 per person (includes return bus far and 75 min guided tour)

Option 2: Hobbiton Movie Set Tour
NOTE: only one excursion option can be selected as the two excursions occur at the same time.
Saturday 1 December
Departing the University: approximately 14.00
Please gather at Gate 4, Hillcrest Road, at 13.50
Duration of tour: 2.5 hours
This trip is a 45 minute bus ride from Hamilton. Participants will join a guided tour of the movie set used for The Hobbit film.
Cost: $135.00 per person (includes return bus fare and Hobbiton entrance fee)
