Friday 28th February to Sunday 2nd March 2025.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Please review below registration types before proceeding with your registration.
Upon successful registration, you will be emailed a confirmation, including a link to tax invoice/receipt. Please also check your junk mail folder.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours please email the Organisers.
The courses will run in person only for all local, interstate and New Zealand attendees.
Virtual attendance is only available to low and middle income countries in the Asia-Oceanian region.
Trainees
Current trainees who wish to attend either course must also provide a letter from their head of department confirming their status as a neurology trainee. An email is sufficient as proof and needs to be sent to Seed Events for approval.
All trainees are required to cover their own expenses to attend.
Faculty
The faculty will have their return flights, transfers, accommodation and Saturday dinner covered by the course.
Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:
Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to the Organisers.
Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before Monday, 17th February 2025 - full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST.
Cancellation on and after Tuesday, 18th February 2025 - no refund.

Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Course.
