All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Upon successful registration, you will be emailed a confirmation, including a link to tax invoice/receipt. Please also check your junk mail folder.

If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours please email the Meeting Organisers. 

This year's meeting will run in-person only.

Payment of registration fees
All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:

Credit card – all major cards accepted (Note that payments will appear as IVVY PTY LTD on your credit card statement.)

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tax invoice. 

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to Meeting Organisers.

Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation between Monday, 7th October and Monday 21st October 2024 - full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST. 
Cancellation on and after Tuesday, 22nd October 2024 - no refund.

Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Meeting. 

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Meeting, provided the Meeting Organiser are advised in writing.

Social Program

All social functions are included in Full Registration, however, a TICKET IS NOT GUARANTEED unless you tick the relevant box on your online registration form for catering purposes.

MEETING DINNER

***The dinner is fully booked at this stage and we have a waitlist going. Attendance will be confirmed during the ASM.***

Thursday, 7th November, 19:00-23:00

The ASM Dinner will be held in the IXL Atrium at the historic Henry Jones Art Hotel. The hotel is set in a row of renovated 1820s warehouses and a former IXL jam factory. The Henry Jones Art Hotel is situated beside Victoria Dock and is only a 2 min walk from the ASM venue, The Hotel Grand Chancellor. The band, Detour will provide the music for the evening so wear your dancing shoes and be prepared for a fun and entertaining evening.
