Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellation of registration must be emailed to Meeting Organisers.
Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before Monday, 6th October 2025 - full payment less administration fee of $110 incl GST.
Cancellation on and after Tuesday, 7th October 2025 - no refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Meeting.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Meeting, provided the Meeting Organiser are advised in writing.
