On behalf of the Epilepsy Society of Australia, we have great pleasure in inviting you to sponsor or exhibit at the 39th Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held 5 - 7 November 2025 at The Westin Perth hotel, in Perth city, Western Australia.

We anticipate that the meeting will attract about 250 delegates from around Australia and the wider Asian & Oceanian region, including trainees, neurologists, technologists, scientists, nurses, and allied health professionals, providing great opportunity for networking and exchange of information.

While the 2025 meeting will be held at The Westin Perth, the conference dinner will be held at Fraser’s restaurant which is perched at the top of Kings Park, otherwise known as the city’s emerald heart. This is one of the world’s largest inner city gardens with a view of the city skyline and the winding Swan River.

As in previous years, the success of the ESA Annual Scientific Meeting has in large part come from the support of our partners in industry providing sponsorship towards speaker and meeting costs.
