Attendify: I cannot bypass the event code screen, the webpage reloads, and asks for the event code again. What should I do?
In that case, your browser, VPN, or an adblocker prevents you from moving forward. The below troubleshooting tips may help:
- please make sure you use the latest version of Chrome!
- please disable any adblockers and VPNs. They can be installed as browser extensions or desktop apps. Ad blockers can also be a part of your antivirus software - make sure the program has a web shield disabled.
- as an extra step, you can switch to the Incognito window and try to connect through another non-corporate network.
Where do I find ad blockers?
In Google Chrome
In the drop-down menu, select "Settings". Next, go to the tab "Extensions" on the left side of the screen. This will open the extension window of Google Chrome, where you will find Adblock Plus. Under the description, you can find the “Options" hyperlink.
Queries about login info.
All attendees registered by 23rd August were sent an email with a link to the Event Portal with detailed guidelines about how to prepare, what to download if necessary and how to login. If you did not receive this check your spam filter. Email is from noreply [AT ] ivvy.com . Attendees who registered after the 23rd are sent the details as they register (it is not automatic).
