Accommodation at the Conference Venue may be arranged in one of two hotels Peppers Salt Resort & Spa and Mantra on Salt Beach which are adjacent to each other.   

Bookings should be made by completing both the booking form and credit card authorisation form.

Accommodation requirements are to be confirmed directly to the hotels' Group Reservations Department and payment will be taken from the credit card authorisation 30 days prior to arrival.

There are three airports to choose from to arrive at Kingcliffe. Gold Coast Airport, QLD (preferred, closest),  Ballina Byron Airport, NSW or Brisbane Airport QLD.

Gold Coast Airport is 18.9 km away, a 20-minute drive from the venue. 

To book transport pick ups to and from the airport, we recommend using Tweed Coast and Country Limousines & Transfers 0409 66 1589 or 0409 77 55 01 (Robyn or Terry). The normal taxi service at the airport is not always reliable.

Departing the Resorts

• There are NO Ubers in the Kingscliff area and Taxis do NOT prioritise servicing the resorts.
• Taxis will take bookings saying they will send next available Taxis and will not give time of arrival. (they usually don’t turn up)
• Many guests have been left in a panic to get to the flights on time.

Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 78 km from the venue.

• Any one travelling to Brisbane will need to allow a lot of time as major road works are causing huge delays.
  
• We have been experiencing difficulty in servicing Brisbane transfers as it taking the drivers up to 3 hours to drive one way.
