Please make sure you have followed the instructions on the website before you submit your abstract. 

• Please enter details for the presenting author.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEND TIME TO ENTER THE DETAILS OF ANY OTHER AUTHORS IF THEY ARE ALREADY INCLUDED ON THE ABSTRACT (even though there is a field for this, we can't remove this field).
• Please choose "no session" where it asks for a "session".
• You should receive an automatic email notification that your abstract was submitted successfully.  If you do not receive such a notification please contact Rania to check the status of your submission immediately. 
• If you have any problems submitting your abstract please email it to Rania.  info [AT] meeting-makers.com.
