All delegates who book online will receive a tax invoice/receipt once your booking has been processed. Please note that if you pay via credit card it will show on your statement as IVvy registrations.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or amend your registration you must notify us by email.
Up to August 10 2018 you are able to transfer your registration to another person without penalty. After this date, a transfer fee of $20.00 per person will apply.
Cancellations after August 10, 2018 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and there will be no refunds given.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
Booking and reservations made by you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions
i) You agree to pay the registration fees for the 2018 Ted’s Technology Summit to On Targett Communications Pty Ltd either via direct deposit or via the IVvy registration payment gateway within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
ii) All prices are gst inclusive
iii) Subject to the cancellation conditions, all bookings are non-refundable & non-exchangeable
iv) Whilst On Targett Communications will endeavour to ensure that all information is accurate, they make no guarantee that the information is free from errors or faults, accept no liability for errors and ommissions, and make no warranty or representation about the sustainability of any product or service being offered or promoted.
v) All costs are estimates and may be subject to change and/or supplier increase
vi) On Targett Communications & E Horner & Associates reserves the right to change speakers and/or information, being offered or promoted and any other aspect of the proposed Summit program at any time
vii) The Conference Organiser does not accept liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees) and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group.

viii) The Conference Organiser does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those coach operators, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangements pursuant to a contract between themselves & yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which the Conference Organiser have no direct control.
ix) These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
x) Whilst On Targett Communications Pty Ltd and E Horner & Associates are the co-organisers of the 2018 Ted’s Tech Summit, they will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, including as a result of any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to your belongings while travelling to or from , or attending the Summit

PRIVACY NOTICE AND AGREEMENT
On Targett Communications Pty Ltd need to collect the personal information about you or others mentioned in this registration form to provide you with services in relation to the operation of the 2018 Ted’s Technology Summit. If we are unable to collect this information we will be unable to process your registration.
We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent. However an exception may be where information is required by a government agency or to enable compliance with a court order or whereas otherwise required by law.
All or portions of the 2018 Ted’s Tech Summit may be videotaped or photographed and used for promotional purposes.
I acknowledge that I have read the Cancellation and Booking Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Notice and Agreement listed above and I fully understand and accept the terms and conditions listed on behalf of all persons named in this registration.
