Delegate Terms and Conditions

By registering as a delegate for our conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Payment:

• All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.
• Early bird discounts apply only if payment is received before the early bird deadline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made before the 30th of August 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a 50% fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 30th of August.

Program Changes:

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speakers, topics, and schedule, if necessary.

Data Privacy:

• Personal information provided during registration will be used for conference administration purposes and may be shared with sponsors and partners.
• By registering, you consent to receive communications related to the event.

Code of Conduct:

• Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all participants.
• Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference without a refund.

Liability:

• The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the conference.
• Delegates are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

Photography and Recording:

The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in future promotional materials.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, the conference may be postponed or canceled. In the event , registration fees will be refunded in full, but no compensation for other costs will be provided.
