Welcome Reception at the Daintree Pool deck of the Pullman Cairns International

This beautiful venue provides a picturesque backdrop to unwind after a long day of "conferencing" and connect with other delegates over canapes and drinks (canapes and a 2-hour beverage package included in your registration). Morning group walk along the Esplanade

Join a member of the local organising committee for a morning walk along the Cairns Esplanade to watch the sunrise and bird life. Meeting point will be the Pullman's lobby with departure time at 6 am sharp and return around 7 am. Everyone welcome.

Gala Dinner and Awards Night

Thursday 26 September, 7pm to 10pm

Join us at the Salt House for a fabulous night at this iconic Cairns venue with its picturesque views of the waterfront and marina. You can check out this wonderful venue here.

You will be enjoy a delectable three-course sharing menu, featuring creations that highlight the incredible local produce. The menu offers plenty of choices for everyone, and the package includes a three-hour drink package, with an extensive selection of draft and bottled beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. A sneak peak at the menu will be available soon. You won't be disappointed.

This social event is optional, and you can purchase tickets as an add-on during your registration for a discounted price of $75 (partners not attending the conference can also join the dinner for the full price of $154).
