We welcome abstract submissions from in-person attendees for both conferences!

Please carefully review the preparation and submission instructions for each conference below.

You will be notified promptly after the closing date whether your submission has been accepted for an oral or poster presentation.

Be sure to select the correct conference submission portal to ensure your abstract is submitted properly!

Please note, IMPAHC will be accepting abstracts that describe psychosocial research or abstracts on related topics such as health services, implementation science, ELSI, psychological or genetic counselling research. Abstracts on these topics should be submitted to IMPAHC for consideration during the submission period between 10th February to 14 March 2025.

The FAC meeting will only be accepting abstracts that describe molecular cancer genomics, epidemiology, germline and somatic sequencing technology,  variant curation, novel targeted therapies, and bioinformatics. Abstracts on these topics should be submitted to the FAC meeting for consideration during the submission period between 10th February to16th June 2025.

• portrait style
• width 90 cm
• height 120 cm

1. To be considered for inclusion in the scientific programs, authors must submit their abstracts online before the stated deadlines. Late submissions will not be accepted, as the system will automatically close.
2. Abstracts must follow the detailed formatting instructions specific to each conference to be included in the program book.
3. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decide on the acceptance, timing, presentation, and discussion of all abstracts. Successful authors will receive notification regarding oral presentation schedules.
4. Presenting authors must complete their registration by 31st July 2024 for their abstracts to be included in the conference publications.

Abstract Submission Opens Monday 10th February 2025

You should receive an automatic email notification that your abstract was submitted successfully.  If you do not receive such a notification please contact Rania immediately to check the status of your submission. Rania will respond during working hours AEST.

Your abstract will be reviewed after the respective closing date for of each conference.  Notification of the outcome shall be via email as soon as possible so please ensure your email address is entered correctly when submitting or you will not receive a notification!
