IMPAHC 2025 Registration
In-Person Registration Includes:
- All two days (no single day in person registration)
- Morning and afternoon tea each day
- Lunch each day
- Entry to all sessions and conference facilities
- Networking reception - details to be announced
- Opportunity to submit abstracts and present an oral or poster presentation.
- View recordings post-event
Virtual Registration Includes:
- All two days (no single day virtual reg.)
- View the live-streamed presentations in the plenary sessions
- Participate in the Q & A
- View recordings post-event
FAC 2025 Registration
In-Person Registration Per Day Includes:
- Morning and afternoon tea each day
- Lunch each day
- Entry to all sessions and conference facilities
- Networking reception Wednesday (if registered for this day)
- Opportunity to submit abstracts and present an oral or poster presentation.
- View recordings post-event.
Virtual Registration Includes:
- All two days (no single day virtual reg.)
- View the live-streamed presentations in the plenary sessions.
- Participate in the Q & A.
- View recordings post-event.
Registration Fees
- Register for all four days of IMPAHC and FAC and receive a 5% discount on your total registration cost. Student and virtual registration excluded.
- All registration costs are in $AUD. The approximate exchange rate in February 2025 from $1AUD is $0.66 USD and €0.60 EURO.
- If only registering for IMPAHC, only two-day registration available.
- If only registering for FAC, choose one day or two-day registration.
- Student registration available for delegates who are enrolled full time in a tertiary course. Please provide proof of full-time student status, i.e., a copy of current student identification card or letter from your programme director.
- Virtual registration available for all four days of IMPAHC and FAC, or select one conference only.
- Note, a credit card surcharge of 1.75% + 0.30 cents will apply if paying by card.

Payment Options
IMPORTANT
The earlybird reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has also been paid to the event account according to the deadlines. Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the next available fee when the Earlybird date has passed.
Payments may be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer:
A. Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard only) two options:
1. Credit Card . You will be transferred to a secure site. This takes you to the SecurePay payment gateway.
or
2. Offline: Select "Bank Transfer, offline credit card" and send card details to be charged offline (form is on the invoice issued), or you can phone us.
B. Bank Transfer*
Bank Transfer: The details required are on the bottom of the invoice issued. Please quote your invoice number in the reference so we can identify the payment!

Important Instructions for Registration
- Type Carefully: Your name badge will be printed exactly as you type it. Double-check for typos!
- Use Sentence Case: Please avoid typing in all CAPITALS or all lowercase. Example: Type Heather Thorne instead of HEATHER THORNE.
- Email Address: Ensure your email address is correct, or you may miss important notifications.
- VIP Code Field: Leave the "VIP code" field blank unless you have been specifically given a code.
- Billing Address: In the payment section, complete the "Billing Address" field even if it matches your address. This information will appear on your invoice and is required to finalise your registration.
- Bank Transfers: Always include the invoice number in the reference field to ensure your payment is correctly attributed.

- Select Your Ticket(s): Choose the number of attendees from the dropdown menu. (Note: The dropdown is for the number of attendees, not the number of days.)
- Primary Contact Details: Enter the name and email address of the primary contact person.
- Complete Registration: Click "Register." A new page will appear where you can enter the details for each attendee.
