CANCELLATION

A person or organisation may only cancel their registration by written notification to the University of Waikato.

The organiser reserves the right to charge an administration fee between 50% to 100% to any cancellations; and is determined by the notice period specified below.

• Where the cancellation is received 30 days or one calendar month before the event, a full refund is given. 
• Where the cancellation is 14-30 days’ notice before the event, a 50% refund is applicable.
• Any cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event, the person/organization shall pay the full registration fee. No refunds are given.
• There are no refunds for a non-show to the event.
