Payment Details
Full payment of registration fees must be made prior to the conference. Delegates will not be admitted to the conference without full payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to maikiteao@waikato.ac.nz before 30 May 2019
- No refund will be given for cancellations
- Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time, however, please ensure all transfer information is relayed to maikiteao@waikato.ac.nz
- Please also note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
