REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration and Fees
1.1 Full Registration fees apply
1.3 Registrations are NOT able to be shared.
1.4 Registration substitutions or replacements are subject to clauses 3.2
2. What your conference registration includes
2.1 Registrations are GST Inclusive and cover;

Full Day Catering at Conference
3. Cancellations and Alterations
Should you be unable to attend, please proceed as follows:
3.1 No refund will be given for cancellations
3.2 Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time, however, please ensure all transfer information is relayed to maikiteao@waikato.ac.nz
Please also note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
4. Travel and Accommodation
4.1 Registrants and partners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.
4.2 Registrants and partners are responsible for their own airport transfer bookings and no compensation will be made should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.
4.3 Accommodation bookings are made by attendees own arrangement with accommodation providers and no compensation will be made should the event be rescheduled or cancelled
5. Registration and Information Desk
5.1 Located on-site the registration/information desk will be open daily from 8.00am to 4.30pm
6. Name Badges
6.1 Your name badge enables you to access the conference and must be worn at all times. For security reasons, registrants will not be admitted without their name badge.
6.2 Names badges are not required to be worn at the conference dinner. Conference dinner tickets will be issued for all registered attendees.
7. Event Cancellation
7.1 The conference organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, schedule of activities as necessary and without notification.
7.2 In the event that the conference is cancelled the conference organisers will refund any registration fees minus the service charge of $20
7.3 Accommodation and Travel costs will not be reimbursed.
8. Payments
8.1 You can pay for your registration on-line by Credit Card, (Visa or Master Card only), by direct deposit (payment details are included on your tax invoice) or by cheque.
8.2 If you are paying by credit card the following apply;
* Credit Card payments are processed via a secure gateway
* Credit Card payments incur a 3.5% fee which will be added to your total amount to pay
9. Disclaimer
9.1 The Conference Organiser will not accept liability for damages, injury, loss or theft of any nature to their personal property sustained or incurred by participants or their accompanying persons as a result of the conference or its related events and activities.
