Refund Policy

REGISTRATION

Cancellations of registration received up to 28th February 2017 will be eligible for a full refund less a 50 Euro Administration Fee.

Cancellations received from 1st March 2017 will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.



ACCOMMODATION

Cancellations of accommodation received up to 31st January 2017 will be eligible for a full refund less a 10 Euro Administration Fee.

Cancellations of accommodation received from 1st February 2017 onwards will be 100% NON - REFUNDABLE. (This is because we have to pay the hotel for any rooms we hold from this date).

If you are waiting on the results of your abstract submission:

we will refund you with no penalty if your abstract is not accepted. Abstracts are selected for oral or poster presentation, and both are considered accepted. (if you wanted an oral but got a poster - it is accepted and penalties as per the refund policy will apply if you cancel).



In the event that you are no longer able to attend: - you may TRANSFER your registration & accommodation to another person provided sufficient time is allowed. No transfers after 31st May 2017.
