Refund Policy

REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Cancellations of registration & accommodation received up to 31st August 2018 will be eligible for a full refund, less a US$20 Administration Fee.

Cancellations received from 1st September 2018 will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.


TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

In the event that you are no longer able to attend - you may TRANSFER your registration & accommodation to another person provided sufficient time is allowed and YOU HAVE CONTACTED THE ORGANISERS. No transfers after 20th November 2018.
