Plenary - 60mins including Q&A

Keynote - 30mins including Q&A

All other oral presentations - 15mins including Q&A

Please bring your presentation to the conference on a USB drive and hand it to the speaker prep technician at registration on Sunday afternoon, the technician will then upload them to the room in which you are presenting.

if you are not arriving on Sunday then we request you hand your USB first thing Monday morning (or whichever day you arrive).

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

  • You are required to design, print and bring your poster to the conference.
  • Please provide at least 8 velcro HOOK dots (the boards are frontrunner and hooks attached easily to the fabric) for hanging your poster.
  • Boards will be numbered and we request you hang your own poster on the correctly numbered board as soon as you can on Sunday afternoon, all posters must be hung before morning tea on Monday.
  • We recommend checking the status of your poster throughout the week as some heavier paper does have a tendency to come away from the boards.

Preparation of posters

  • Posters should be prepared in A0 size, portrait (841 mm × 1189 mm). Poster boards can accommodate smaller posters, however you are encouraged to use these A0 dimensions.
  • Ensure your poster contains a clear title and your work is presented in an easily to read format/size with enough space between sections.
