It is with pleasure we welcome you to the 2025 NZSSD ASM website. The 2025 ASM will be hosted by the Mighty Waikato at Claudelands Events Centre. 

We are progressing well with the programme and will be updating speaker profiles as we receive their information. A skeletal programme will be available from November 1, 2024.

We are rapidly building the website so please do check back regularly for updates. this website will be where all information will be posted and should be your first port of call.

IMPORTANT DATES

• SIG day - May 13, 2025 08:30 - 16:00
• ASM - May 14-16, 2025. Official opening and welcome begin at 13:00 start on May 14.
• Early Bird Registration is open and will end April 2, 2025.
• Standard Registration rates apply between April 3 - May 4, 2025
• Late fees: ASM $150NZD SIG Days $50NZD will apply after May 5, 2025
• Abstract submissions are open and will close Wednesday February 26, 2025. There will be no extension to this deadline.
• Abstract outcome notification in week ending Friday March 28, 2025..
