REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
Q: What's included in my ASM registration?
A: Full ASM registration includes: one ticket to the industry soiree, one ticket to the conference dinner, access to all ASM sessions, access to the industry exhibition including the catering breaks and an electronic handbook.
Q: What's included in my ASM with SIG Day registration?
A: Full ASM with SIG Day registration includes: access to all SIG and ASM conference sessions, one ticket to the industry soiree, one ticket to the conference dinner, access to the industry exhibition including the catering breaks and an electronic handbook.
Q: What's included in my SIG registration?
A: SIG registration includes: access to your chosen Study Day, morning tea and lunch.
Q: What's the VIP code?
A: Unless you have been sent a code please ignore this box and DO NOT hit apply.
Q: Can we register as a group?
A: Yes you may, but you'll need to ensure you have all the necessary information and authority from each delegate.
Q: Do I have to be a member to attend?
A: No, but it is less expensive if you are a member. Contact NZSSD and you will receive all the additional benefits of being a member.
REGISTRATION ISSUES
Q: I've tried to login in but it won't let me.
A: You must register first before you can login in, this registration site is not connected to the society's website password.
Q: I'm trying to register but it keeps asking for my password.
A: If this happens, it's usually because you have an error or missing data please re check all fields.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can pay by credit card using PayRix or by online banking.
Credit card fee is charged to cover charges from credit card payment providers.
Online banking once you select this method you will receive an email with an invoice link, download the invoice for your records. We reconcile payments on Mondays and Fridays and then email you a receipt.
Q: I've paid but my registration still says I owe money.
A: Direct deposit banking is not automatic, it may take a day to clear then we need to reconcile your payment we try and reconcile payments twice a week Mondays and Wednesdays.
Q: I paid weeks ago, but it says I still owe money.
A: We may be unable to reconcile your payment due to lack of identifying information, please send the organisers a screen shot of your payment. Contact
Q: Can I have a receipt?
A: If you paid successfully by credit card you will be sent an automatic email with a link, please check your spam folder. If paying by direct banking, once we reconcile your payment (which can take 5 days), please log-in and download your receipt.
PRESENTATION QUESTIONS
Q: I'm presenting what do I do?
A: Please read our presenter information
Oral presenters - on arrival you will be introduced to the AV technician who will upload your PowerPoint ready for your presentation, please bring your presentation on a back up drive.
Poster presenters - you will need to submit a ONE PowerPoint slide 16:9 portrait and a PDF copy of your poster in portrait format before April 15, 2025.
Q: What type of equipment is available for presenting?
A: Full data show, including audio via, lectern, handheld or lapel microphone. You do not need to bring your laptop.

Q: I have a special dietary request how do I let you know?
A: In the registration process we ask if you have any special requirements, please provide as much information as you can. Venues cater for medical conditions, allergies, and vegetarians/vegans without charging extra, however any special lifestyle preferences may incur additional charges.
Q: I require an attendance certificate
A: you will be sent electronic certificate after the conference.
