Cancellation and refund policy

The cancellation and refund policy applies to all registrations for the Seventh Epworth O&G Clinical Institute Symposium.

Cancellations received by the Clinical Institutes team no less than two business days prior to the event will be eligible for refund of the pre-paid registration fees less $10 per person cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than two business days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at an event.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to mikayla.jones@epworth.org.au
