Cancellation policy

No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Cancellation Requests:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to syuhaida.safian@waikato.ac.nz.
  • 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may substitute another participant at no additional cost. Please email syuhaida.safian@waikato.ac.nz at least 48 hours before the event with the substitute’s details.

Event Changes or Cancellation: If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organisers, you will be offered a full refund.
