Welcome to the online registration page for the ACA conference exhibition 2024
Please read the following guidance closely before completing the registration form.
To complete your registration, we will need:
- Your preferred stand tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum),
- Stand booth dimensions are 3m (L) x 2.5m (H) x 2m (D), and come with 1 x 4 Way Multiboard Power supply, 2 x 150W Spot Lights and a Company Name Sign.
- Affiliate members of the Aged Care Association pay the affiliate member price for stands and trade personnel.
- Non-members pay the general price for stands and personnel.
- Click here to become an affiliate member and get our special rates. (If you are not a member and register as an affiliate member you will be invoiced the extra cost).
- Contact details for all attendees (maximum of 2 per stand),
- The cost of one person is included in the stand price.
- Your preferred booth number (see the floor plan for booth numbers and availability)
- Note: Booth allocation is first paid/first served, and so preferred booths cannot be guaranteed.
- RSVPs for the Exhibitor Welcome Drinks and/or the Gala Dinner

- Exhibitor Registration and Pack-in: Sunday 20, October - from 9:00AM
