EVENT OVERVIEW
Restorative practice is a proven approach to discipline in schools that favours relationships over retribution, and has been shown to improve behaviour and enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
This three-day workshop will provide a comprehensive introduction to the restorative philosophy and develop the skills and resources required for implementation.
ABOUT MARGARET THORSBORNE
Margaret, with a strong background in education, youth counselling and project management is a renowned facilitator and trainer. She is widely recognised as an international expert in transformative school discipline and bullying. She has played a major role in the implementation of restorative practices into schools across Australia and internationally.
COST
- REGULAR PRICE – $600 per person excl. GST
**Cancellation Policy – Schools/work locations are able to send another staff member in the place of a registered participant. Please advise us if there is a change. Cancellations for this event will incur a 50% cancellation fee if within two weeks of the workshop. A 75% cancellation fee is applicable if the cancellation is within 48 hours of the event. Cancellations need to be made via our Hub Logistics Officer Bronwen Stewart on 5490 2666.
