Research Week Poster and Oral Presentation
All abstract submission will need to present an e-Poster during Research Week (Mon 5 - Thurs 9 Aug)
In addition to the e-Poster presentation, you may also opt-in to join the Oral Presentation Competition during Research Week.
Top scoring abstracts will be selected to present orally, either at the Senior, Junior or Moderated Oral Poster Presentation Session during Research Week. You will be notified with further details by early July if you are selected to proceed with the Oral Presentation Competition.

E-Poster Guidelines
All submitted abstracts must be presented as e-Posters during Research Week. The e-Posters will be judged for the Best Poster Awards.
1. SVHM Senior Medical Staff Association Best Poster Award
The Posters will be judged and scored throughout the Research Week by independent reviewers in respective disciplines (Allied Health, Basic Science, Clinical, Nursing). The presenter with the Best Poster in each Discipline will be awarded with $500. The award prize is sponsored by the Senior Medical Staff Association (SMSA) at SVHM.
2. Ray Snyder Award for Best Oncology Poster
In addition to the SMSA Award for the Best Poster in each discipline, research poster related to Oncology will be judged by independent Oncology researchers; the Best Oncology Poster will be awarded with $500.
Please submit your posters by 4pm Monday July 29 to be eligible for the Poster Competition. For more details, please refer to the e Poster Submission Guidelines below.
