Terms and conditions

Health workers in all sectors – government and non-government and students in any health discipline can register to attend.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

If a registration is cancelled before 25 October 2024 the fee will be credited less 25% for administration expenses.

Registrations cancelled after the above date but before 8 November 2024 will be credited less 50%.

No credit for cancellation of registration will be given after 15 November 2024 but a substitute delegate can be named by emailing the full name of the substitute delegate with their nominated email address no later than 12 midday, Thursday 21 November to the event organisers.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of event organisers to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the dates or the venue. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled we will make a full refund of the registration fee but disclaim any further liability.

Limited spaces are available and you may not be successful in registering.
