We have opened a waitlist in case of cancellations - see link below. Limited registrations may be available on the first day of the conference. Check ahead by emailing us.

Never fear there is still an opportunity to register for pre-conference workshops allowing you to participate in in-depth in-person learning.

  • We will accept delegate transfer up until a few days before the conference. 

Select your registration tickets from the options below. Ensure that you carefully read the conference and workshops information page and terms and conditions before registering. Upon completion of your registration you will be given the option of paying now by credit card or later by invoice. Note that all invoices are due upon registration, and that we are now outside the refund period which means that you are obliged to pay all invoices.

Workshop tickets
When registering ensure you select the workshop session for each workshop you have purchased a ticket for on the Optional Sessions page. 

Carefully read the workshops information page and terms and conditions before registering. Upon completion of your registration you will be given the option of paying now by credit card or later by invoice. Note that all invoices are due upon registration.

Delegate/ attendee email address is required
If registering on behalf of someone else, please ensure that you use their direct email address for each ticket. This enables attendees to receive important conference updates.

Organisational member staff registration conditions

  • Staff who are Individual Members should register as Individual Members.
  • ONE staff member who is NOT an Individual Member is eligible to register as an Individual Member using the Organisational Membership four-digit member number
  • Staff who are NOT Individual Members should register as Organisational Member staff to automatically receive an organisational member discount

Should your registration as an organisational staff member not be valid we will charge for the difference between the relevant rates, and reserve the right to cancel your registration should the full fee not be paid.

Payment methods
Either pay by credit card on checkout (preferred method), or choose pay by EFT for a tax invoice to be generated for later payment. Note that invoices can be downloaded from the confirmation page and email. We do not accept payment by cheque. 

Tax
All Conference registration fees and additional tickets are quoted in Australian Dollars. GST at 10% is included.

How to add another ticket (if you’ve already registered)

  1. Go to https://www.ivvy.com.au/event/aes24/  
  2. Click the REGISTER button, choose your ticket(s)
  3. Enter your Email, First Name, and Last Name at the bottom
  4. Click Next
  5. Use the New Registration section and enter your email address as username and your password
  6. On the next screen click Edit to fill in your details for each ticket
  7. Click next and select your session(s).
  8. Click next and follow the instructions until the registration is completed
